Connecting, Educating, and Supporting the Athletics Community Across New South Wales
The NSW Athletics Pathway Academy Online Hub is a dedicated digital learning and engagement platform designed to increase the ability of NSW Athletics to educate, connect, and support athletes, coaches, parents, and stakeholders across the state. The platform has been developed to create a more accessible and connected pathway environment, allowing individuals from all regions of New South Wales to access high-quality performance and development resources regardless of location or level within the sport.
The Online Hub will provide a central location for education, communication, and pathway support, helping athletes and coaches better understand the demands of athletics participation and progression within modern performance environments. Through a combination of digital learning modules, webinars, live sessions, workshops, performance education, camp information, athlete resources, and pathway updates, the platform aims to deliver consistent and practical information that supports long-term athlete development and coach education.
Aligned with the broader vision of the NSW Athletics Pathway Academy, the Online Hub is underpinned by principles connected to the Australian Institute of Sport and Athletics Australia, including the “Win Well” and “What It Takes to Win” strategies. The platform is designed not only to improve access to knowledge and expertise, but also to help create stronger performance environments, healthier athlete development practices, and greater connection across the athletics community in New South Wales.
Importantly, the Online Hub is intended to complement and enhance existing pathway programs, camps, and support services delivered through NSW Athletics and the Centre of Excellence. By combining digital education with in-person opportunities and performance support services, the platform will help create a more integrated and sustainable pathway system that supports athletes and coaches throughout every stage of their development journey while continuing to build a connected Team NSW culture.
